Store-Bought Cake Makeover
Many of us have a busy schedule and may not have the time for baking a beautiful cake when entertaining. I have three simple DIY tips for a store-bought cake makeover without the hefty price tag. 3 super easy steps to your store-bought cake makeover
I took a block of room- temperature white chocolate, and with a vegetable peeler shaved it to make small curls onto the middle of the cake. It was super easy and only took a couple of minutes to do.
Next, I placed the yummy Reese’s cup heart on the top side of the cake. You could use so many different items to set in this spot, but I wanted something edible and in the shape of a heart.
Last, but not least, I placed the strawberries around the bottom edge of the cake and added a few to the top to give it a finished look.
